Passing of Mary Lu Drake
From: Patty Byrd
Long time BBES teacher, MaryLu Drake, died Sunday August 19, and her
funeral is scheduled for Saturday Sept 8th, at 9 am at Our Lady of the
Desert, Apple Valley, next to St. Mary's hospital. I figured some people
might want to know and perhaps you can put it in the teacher's bulletin.
I'm at Lucerne and doing well...no choir though!
Blessings, Patty Byrd!

Note received from Steve Foulkes
Breaking news -- Barbara Lindholm and her husband are offering a $99 room
rate at the Marina Riviera for the reunion. Thought you all would like to know.
Another note from Steve on August 15,
We need to try to get a count of how many are coming to the
reunion. I know most of you have indicated
you're coming but not how many (1 or 2 or as many as you like) or your
choice for dinner.
If you have not already done so, please let us know as soon as possible.
Frank's email account is in limbo right now so please send it to either Dave
of myself or both.
See you in September.
